Walking Snack Salad

Ingredients: 

6 (six) large cabbage leaves, either red or green
12 (twelve) Tbls. either smooth or chunky peanut butter

Directions: 

Wash and dry cabbage leaves. Spread 2 (two) Tbls. peanut butter on each cabbage leaf. Roll like a jelly roll and fasten with a toothpick. Enjoy!
