1 can manwich, or other sloppy joe seasoning mixture
2/3 package frozen tater tots
slices of bread
2 green onions (optional)
1 bell pepper (optional)
1/2 an onion (optional)
Dice up onions and bell pepper and set aside. Take the largest skillet you have, preferably a large iron skillet, and brown the tater tots (make sure they completely thaw). Throw in the diced veggies and sloppy joe seasoning. Youll probably want to smash a few pieces of the tater tots while you're mixing and heating this mixture up. Itll make the consistency MUCH better. Toast your slices of vegan bread and put the mixture between two slices and enjoy.
This sounds like a LOT of starch, and it is, but its worth it to try every once in a while. Definately NOT something that you can eat every single day.
