1 onion diced
1 green pepper diced
1 box commercial vegan sausage crumbles
1/2 can vegetable broth
2 small cans (8 oz) tomato sauce
Sauté onion and green pepper in small amount of olive oil. Add box of sausage crumbles and about 1/2 can of vegetable broth and the tomato sauce. Bring to boil and simmer for a few minutes. Serve on hamburger buns or rolls!
