1 (19-ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (19-ounce) can lima beans, rinsed and drained
1 (11-ounce) can corn niblets
1 onion, finely chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, finely chopped
2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2/3 cup oil
2/3 cup sugar
1. In a bowl, combine kidney beans, lima beans, corn, onion, and bell pepper.
2. In a separate bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, oil, and sugar.
3. Mix the last three ingredients well and pour over bean mixture; toss to coat.
4. Refrigerate for 3 or 4 hours before serving. Use slotted spoon when serving.
