1/4 cup veg. cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup crunched fritos or other corn chips
western, catalina, california or other tomato dressing (watch out for honey)
Put lettuce in bowl, add chips, then cheese, toss. Add dressing, as desired. Toss again. Gobble up immediatly, or refridgerate it, but be careful for not too long because the lettuce will get limp quickly.
If desired, add tomatoes.
I don't like a lot of dressing. I think its perfect with only about a tablespoon or two.
My mom makes hers for big potlucks and parties. Its a big hit, and without meat and dairy, its a lot less fattening. :) Enjoy!
