1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cut green beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can yellow beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzos, drained
1 (15 ounce) can lima beans, drained
1 medium onion, cut in rings
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1/4-1/2 cup vegan sugar
1/3 cup salad oil
2/3 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon salt and dash pepper
1. Mix beans, onions and bell pepper, set aside.
2. Mix together remaining ingredients and add to the salad.
3. Chill several hours before serving.
Great for potlucks and easy to make!
