1/4 cup barley
1/2 tablespoon cocoa (I use dutch processed)
1/2 tablespoon peanut butter (better n peanuts--very low and cal)
your choice of sweetener, to taste
1. Cook the barley according to package directions.
2. Drain excess water from barley. Stir in cocoa powder and peanut butter, then sweetener. Enjoy.
