6 lemons
5 teaspoons salt
5 teaspoons chili powder
pinch turmeric
1 teaspoon methi
5 tablespoons oil
mustard seeds, to taste
1 teaspoon hing
1. Cut lemons into small pieces and remove the seeds. Add salt and keep for about 12 hours.
2. Add chili powder, turmeric, and methi to lemons.
3. Heat oil, mustard seeds, and hing. Spread this mixture over the lemons. Mix thoroughly.'
