Creamy Potato Alfredo

Ingredients: 

3 heaping tablespoons margarine
5 garlic cloves
vegan vegetable bouillon
1 stalk green onion (scallion)
dash of Braggs Amino Acids
1/2 cup diced potato
1/2 cup chopped carrots and peas
2 cups soy milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 pack fettucini or your fav pasta

Directions: 

This is DEE-LI-CIOUS!
In a saucepan, boil diced potatoes until soft. Drain & set aside. Sautee vegam margarine, garlic, scallion, veg boulion, diced potatoes, carrots and peas. Add a squirt of Braggs liquid aminos and soy milk. Mix out cornstarch in a bit of water and add to the mixture until it has a creamy consistency. Serve over your favorite pasta (I like fettucini with this).
