1 med. sized bunch of broccoli
1/4 of a fresh lemon
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoon olive oil
tamari sauce to taste---approx. 1 1/2 to 2 tbs.
Saute garlic in oil for a minute or two, then throw in broccoli. Squeeze fresh lemon over broccoli. Add tamari sauce. Be careful not to add too much tamari as its incredibly salty. Let sizzle until broccoli heads are brown and the ends are a little crispy. Eat with lots of brown rice or quinoa! Yum!
