4 whole wheat tortillas
1 can fat-free refried beans
1 jar vegan pizza sauce
vegan soy cheese (amount to your preference)
chopped lettuce (amount to your preference)
chopped onion (amount to your preference)
crushed tortilla chips (amount to your preference)
taco sauce or salsa (amount to your preference)
Lay tortillas on a baking sheet. Spread beans evenly over tortillas. Spread pizza sauce over beans. Top with soy cheese and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Transfer to a plate and top with lettuce, onion, tortilla chips, more soy cheese, and taco sauce or salsa. Enjoy!
