Really Good Pizza Crust

Ingredients: 

1 tablespoon yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon molasses
2 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 cup cool water
3 cups flour

Directions: 

Add dry ingredients except for yeast into medium size bowl, mix. Then in a seperate bowl mix the 1/4 cup warm water with yeast until mixed well. Add all ingredients to flour/salt mixture and mix until well mixed, then cover with towel and let sit for ten minutes. Then spread onto pan, add toppings and cook for between 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees.
