1 box spinach linguini
1 jar Classico spaghetti sauce (or your favorite)
1 red pepper, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 small pkg. mushrooms, washed, dried & sliced
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
1 small onion, sliced (optional)
Start water boiling for linguini. While water is boiling and pasta is cooking,heat oil in large. skillet. Add mushrooms, peppers, garlic and onions. Saute for 10 to 15 minutes until crisp tender. Add spaghetti sauce and heat through. Drain linguini well. Ladle sauce over pasta.
