1 box extra-firm Silken tofu
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon vegan chicken-like seasoning
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon ginger
cornbread-style stuffing
3 tablespoon chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 tablespoon vegan butter
1 teaspoon vegan chicken-like seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
For the tofu chicken -Cut tofu into medium-sized strips and place in greased skillet. Make a sauce out of soy sauce, nutritional yeast, liquid smoke, vegan chicken seasoning, lemon pepper, and ginger and pour on top of tofu. Lightly fry for about ten minutes, flipping occasionally. You may have to drain the liquid.
For the stuffing -Saute onions and celery in the vegan butter. Add 1 cup water until boiling. Add vegan chicken seasoning and garlic powder. Turn off heat and add 3 cups stuffing until moist. (I had to add more water to become moist.)
Put stuffing over tofu chicken and enjoy!
