Thai Bananas in Coconut Milk

Ingredients: 

2 bananas, chopped into thick coins, or long slices
1 cup (minus 2 1/2 tablespoons) coconut milk
sprinkle sesame seeds, toasted lightly

Directions: 

1. Pour the coconut milk into a pot, and add the pieces of banana.
2. Bring almost to a boil, and then let it warm further for a few more minutes.
3. Divide into 2 bowls, and sprinkle the sesame seeds over the top.
Great for a cold night!
