3 large yams
2 ripe avocados
Boil and mash the yams (sweet potatoes). Mash avocado separately. Stir the two together, leaving swirls of avocado.
Use as a side, or sandwich spread. My daughter was hungry and I had to whip something up quick. I couldnt wait for the yams to cool down so I looked in the fridge to find something to lower the temperature, and there were some avocados that were starting to get too ripe. I mashed them in, and ended up eating most of it myself!
