2 tablespoons Earth Balance margarine
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
salt to taste
1/4 cup grated vegan Earth Island Cheddar Cheese (or Earth Island Nacho Cheese)
1 tablespoon tahini (sesame seed butter)
about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of unsweetened vegan milk
Melt the butter in a saucepan on a medium heat. Add the nutritional yeast and vegan cheese. Lower heat and stir slowly until it is all melted. add the milk slowly and stir. add the tahini and stir until thick and consistent. add salt to taste. Pour over corn chips and enjoy!
