2 cans garbanzo beans
a splash of the garbanzo water from each can (about two centimeters or so)
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 small onion
4 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste
cumin, cayenne pepper, and cilantro all to test (depending on how much you like)
1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Add all ingredients to food processor. Blend together. It may be necessary to stir mixture a few times and blend over again depending on the size of your food processor--just make sure its blended well all the way through.
