1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 zucchini, grated
1 small chilli pepper, chopped finely
cooked pasta, to serve
1. Heat oil; fry garlic for about 3 minutes.
2. Add zucchini and chilli, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Mix with cooked pasta.
