1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoon tamari
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, pressed
pinch salt
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon chives, chopped
1. Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake gently until mixed. The longer you shake, the thicker it will get.
2. Add water to achieve desired consistency (water also dilutes flavor, so try not to shake it more than you need to).
Its also good as a dip if you shake it a lot. Warning: this stuff is addictive, which is fine if you're trying to put some fat on your skinny boyfriend.
