vegan refried beans (1-2 cans)
soy taco filling ( I use 1-2 boxes Fantastic Foods mix)
1-2 containers vegan sour cream (1 container per seasoning packet)
1-2 taco seasoning packets - make sure its vegan!
shredded lettuce
a couple of chopped tomatoes
green onions
sliced black olives
some chopped avocado
Prepare the taco filling according to package directions. In another bowl mix the taco seasoning packet with the Sour Supreme (1 packet per sour supreme container). I usually use a 9x13 casserole dish to layer the stuff in the following order: beans, meat, sour supreme mixture, lettuce, tomatoes olives, onions, avocado.
NOTE: If you use 1 each of the first 3 ingredients, the layers are a little thin, but if you use 2 you will have some extra (I usually make a mini layered dip out of this for my own private vegan use, since the carnivores inevitably will devour this dip in the first 5 minutes of any social function!) Serve with tortilla chips.
