1/2 medium onion
3/4 green pepper
2 stalks celery
1 1/2 cups canola oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup tamari or shoyu
2/3 cup lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
1 cup toasted tahini
Chop veggies, mix in blender with oil, water, juice and tamari until smooth (blend less if chunkier dressing is preferred). Then, while blender is still running, add tahini a scoop at a time until all mixed in. Great as a dip, or salad dressing. Use as a topping for baked potatoes even. Delicious!!!
