Jessicas Healthy Pasta Sauce

Ingredients: 

2 large tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup (about 100 mL) extra virgin olive oil
3 drops of vanilla extract
5 drops of balsalmic vinegar
oregano, thyme, basil, sage, parsley, and lemon pepper to taste

Directions: 

Mix and serve over warm pasta and add additional olive oil if needed.
