1 tablespoon tahini
1 teaspoon sesame oil (but olive would work)
1T soy sauce
1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon hot aauce (depending on preference)
aesame aeeds (so it will look pretty)
Sauce will accompany any or all of the following: tofu, cooked carrots, cooked broccoli, pasta, rice, salad... etc.
Mix it all together, and heat up. Add a bit of hot water if you don't like the consistency. Dont bother heating it up if the food you're adding it to is hot enough to make the sauce nice and saucy ;) Enjoy!!!
