1 package cranberries
20 oz can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 cup apple sauce
3/4 cup water
Cook water, pineapple juice, cranberries, and raisins over high heat until most cranberries have popped (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Serve hot or cold, stores well.
