1 package silken tofu (I use firm for dip, medium for dressing.**see note
fresh basil leaves
fresh parsely
dried or fresh chives
salt to taste
1/4 cup olive oil or flax oil
1 clove fresh garlic or garlic powder
onion powder or about 1/8 to 1/4 of a small onion
fresh veggies for dipping or dressing :)
**I use Mori-Nu tofu. It would probably vary with different brands-so use your own descretion here :)
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and green. Taste and add herbs and salt as needed. Hope you like it :)
