2 cups of packed down cilantro
7 tablespoons of olive oil
2/3 cups of walnuts
1 squeezed lemon or lime juice
1-2 garlic cloves
cayenne pepper to taste
Process cilantro and olive oil in food processer. If no food processer you may use a blender. You may have to add a bit of warm water if the blender is not too powerful. Add walnuts and other ingredients and blend or process. Enjoy!
