1 round unsliced loaf of bread (pumpernickel is good)
2 pints non-dairy sour cream
1 package frozen (but thawed) chopped spinach
2 or 3 cloves of pressed garlic (or more to taste!)
salt and pepper to taste
Cut a round off the top of the vegan bread and hollow out the bread so its like a bowl(save insides of vegan bread)
Squeeze out as much water as you can from the spinach and mix it up with the sour cream and the garlic, salt and pepper.
Put the dip into the hollowed out vegan bread. Tear up the bread that you took out to make the bowl and arrange around the dip/bread bowl for dipping...along with some raw veggie slices if you like. (eat the bowl at the end!!)
