1 teacup chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)
4 chopped cilantro leaves
2 tablespoon grated fresh cocunut or peanuts or almonds
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 small clove of garlic (optional)
1/2 teaspoon raw sugar
salt accordingly
Blend all the ingredients in a liquidiser/blender adding 5 tablespoons of water.
