6 large cooking apples, peeled and cored
2 tablespoons orange marmalade or jelly
1/2 cup orange juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 3-quart casserole dish, place apples; dot with marmalade; then pour orange juice over apples. Cover and bake for 1 hour or until apples are soft. Stir to create the sauce.
