2 apples, chopped bite sized (fuji or granny smith work very well)
3 kiwi, peeled and chopped bite sized
8 strawberries, chopped bite sized
2 peaches, peeled and chopped bite sized
1-2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1. Place fruit in bowl and toss with lime juice.
2. Sprinkle with vegan sugar and toss again.
3. Chill for 10 minutes and serve with cinnamon chips.
