3/4 cup vegan margarine
2 cups turbinado sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup applesauce
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 (12 ounce) bag (2 cups) vegan chocolate chips, divided
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease one 9x13" pan.
2. Mix all of the ingredients, putting aside 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
3. Spread into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over the top.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.'
