1/2 cup butterscotch chips or reasonable facsimle
1/4 cup oatmeal
1 cup carob peanuts or covered raisins
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour
1 cup soy margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup organic brown rice syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
egg substitute for 1 egg
Mix all dry ingredients, then add wet..Easy hugh?
Drop by tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 11-15 minutes . Oven time may vary. Cool well before removing from cookie sheet.
