Joe & Loris Midnight Smoothie Snack

Ingredients: 

1 10oz box Mori-Nu Soft Silken tofu
2 ripe bananas, peeled
1 15oz can apricot halves in pear juice (juice and all)
3 cups orange juice
2-3 heaping Tbsps Wheat Germ

Directions: 

Place in a blender on high until creamy and well blended. Add a few ice cubes if you like it colder. It is very light and refreshing.
