apples, peeled, cored, and sliced to fill baking dish
1 and 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
4 oz. margarine
Place apples in dish and sprinkle with a bit of vegan sugar if they're tart. Mix flour and vegan sugar; cut in margerine and rub it with your fingers till it resembles coarse vegan bread crumbs. Sprinkle over apples; don't press down. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 1 hour. Delicious!
