2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup white flour
2 teaspoons yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons gluten
1 cup warm tap water
2 tablespoons vegan butter
1 teaspoon sea salt
2 - 3 tablespoons sugar (depends on how sweet you want your bread)

Directions: 

This recipe is for a bread machine using the whole wheat setting.
