4 bagels
1 container of vegan cream cheese
1 tomato
1 package of sprouts
salt/pepper (optional)
If the bagels are not presliced then cut them in half and spread the vegan cream cheese on each half of the bagel. Put as much or as little as you want. thinly slice the tomato and place one (or more) slice of tomato on one side of the bagel and add sprouts on top (as much as you like). Add salt and pepper to taste, place the top of the bagel on and enjoy!.
