1 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup hemp flour
2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup oil or melted vegan butter
1 1/2 cups rice milk
1-2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flours, cornmeal and baking powder in a bowl. stir in the oil or butter, rice milk, and sugar. Pour into a greased 9x9 pan and bake for about 20 min. If its a little too crumbly, you may have to bake it longer (sorry, I don't really use timers very often!).
