Delicious Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients: 

4 oz (1/4 package) silken tofu
some fruit--I like to use:
1/2 banana, in 1 inch chunks
4 to 6 strawberries, cut in half lengthwise, and the stems cut off
4 ice cubes*
1-2 cups soy milk (I use vanilla)
1-2 cups orange juice (or any other flavor, but it should ideally be different from your fruits and the fruit juice concentrate)
a couple teaspoons of fruit juice concentrate, any flavor (again, make sure its vegan. if you can't find any just leave it out, add another ice cube and a bit more orange juice.)
1/4 cup sugar

Directions: 

Crush the ice in the blender*. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend. This is a good breakfast smoothie. Whenever I feel tired after having just got up, any food, and especially this smoothie, helps me be more awake. It is also good for hot days. I usually double the recipe. Enjoy!
*If your fridge makes crushed ice then use about 1/2 cup crushed ice and just add all the ingredients at once.
