Egg Nog

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cups vanilla nondairy milk (I use soy)
1 scoop soy protein powder
1 teaspoon rum extract, optional
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
pinch turmeric
1 cup vanilla frozen vegan yogurt

Directions: 

1. Place all ingredients except yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
2. Add the frozen yogurt and blend until creamy.
I personally don't add the rum extract, but others in my family like it with, as well as without. This is so good and it tastes just like real eggnog!
