1 cup basmati rice
2 cups water
1 small stick of cinnamon
1 can of coconut milk
1 1/2 cups soy milk
1tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup brown organic sugar (or to taste)
Put water, rice, and cinnamon in pot to cook until rice is semi-soft. (about 35 minutes) Pour in all of the rest of the ingredients, and let it boil for another 15 to 20 minutes. **and you are done**
You can eat it hot or cold.
