1 liter nondairy milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Dash nutmeg
1) In a saucepan, heat the nondairy milk until hot but not boiling. Mix together the cocoa powder, vegan sugar, coffee and cinnamon in a small bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of the hot nondairy milk to the chocolate mixture and stir until smooth. Blend the chocolate mixture into the remaining nondairy milk. Remove from the heat, add vanilla and beat with a whisk until the mixture is frothy. To serve, sprinkle with nutmeg.
