Soy-alicious Shake

Ingredients: 

1 cup of soy milk (So Good is the one I use)`
1 teaspoon jam (I use a type (Presidents Choice)that is mostly berries)
1 teaspoon carob powder
1 banana
2 ice cubes

Directions: 

Blend together in a food processor blender until smooth. Approximately about 200 calories and provides your soy requirements for the day. (So Good has 60mg of soy isoflavones per cup).
