2 cups whole barley flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
small jar (45 ml) of pureed pears (baby food)
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup water
3-4 tablespoons poppy seeds
Mix dry ingredients together. Add liquid ingredients and beat together well. Cook on hot greased griddle 4-6 minutes.
