2 onions, chopped
olive oil, as needed
2 (31 ounce) cans vegetarian baked beans (I prefer Bush's brand)
1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
1 cup ketchup
1 (16 ounce) can butter beans
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
1. Saute onions in oil in saute pan.
2. Add onions, with other ingredients, to crock pot. Stir together well.
3. Cover and cook on low for 5-9 hours. If cooked on high, cook 3 hours.'
