1 can garbanzo beans
1 package of frozen mixed veggies (with chopped carrots, peas, lima beans-or not, corn)
white sesame seeds
1 to 1 1/2 big tablespoons of flaxseed oil (this is really good for you!)
black pepper
salt (optional)
Cook the mixed veggies. Let cool for about 10 minutes, then put in a big bowl.
Add the chickpeas, and put in the fridge for another 20 minutes.
Take out and add the flaxseed oil, sprinkle sesame seeds to desired amount, and salt (optional) and pepper to taste.
