Colourful Noodle Salad

Ingredients: 

2 cups cooked spiral noodles
1 cup grated carrot
1 cup grated fresh beetroot
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 bsp sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon chopped hazlenuts
1/2 cup sunflower sprouts
1/2 cup chopped snow peas

Directions: 

Cook the noodles, and mix in a bit of olive oil.
Throw in everything else and mix it all together.
Great for lunch!
