curly, wheat pasta
walnuts
1 to 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (unfiltered if available)
a sprinkle of nutritional yeast (to taste)
salt and pepper
a touch of peanut butter
Bring to boil a pot of water with a pinch of salt. Add pasta when water reaches a rapid boil. Drain when pasta is tender, to the tooth.
Mix in other ingredients.
