3 cups water
3 table spoons miso
1 table spoon soy sauce
50g scallions
70g carrots
50g pumpkins
4 leaves of chinese cabbage
100g udon noodles
1. Boil the water in a pot
2. Add the vegetables, chopped
3. Cook the vegetables in the pot
4. Add soysauce
5. Add udon noodles
6. Check whether all the vegetables are well cooked. Then, turn off the heat and add miso.
(If you put the miso into the boiling water, the good scent of miso will go away. So, please put the miso after turning off the heat)
