1. Place garbanzo beans, nutritional yeast, milk alternative, veganaise, corn starch, and seasonings into a blender and blend until creamy.
2. Cook frozen vegetable according to package directions and drain.
3. Put sauce in a medium size sauce pan and bring to a bubble, remove from heat and add vegetables and stir everything together so the veggies are coated.
4. Pour the vegetable and sauce mixture into casserole dish, I use a glass pie dish.
5. Arrange the tater tots and bake in the oven until the tater tots are golden brown, about 30-40 minutes.
6. Allow casserole to cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
